S&W Wholesale was founded in 1978 by Frank & Rosemary Spalitta, lifelong residents of Hammond, Louisiana. They began with a passion for serving local foodservice operators throughout Tangipahoa Parish. Today their son, Paul, continues to grow and build on their legacy by servicing throughout all of Southeast Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulfcoast.
